Being in the NOW

When Eckhart Tolle talks about being in the Now, bear in mind that his discernment, level of concentration and acceptance of what comprises “Now” may be very different than for most of us. “Now” is a relative term. The greater the level of immediacy in our experience of Now, the more subtle and complete our discernment and acceptance of Now, the more fulfilling it is. Think of the life any subject takes on when you begin to know it more intimately. There are steps we can take, exercises we can do to strengthen our concentration, improve our discernment and increase our capacity to accept things as they are. This site is dedicated to encouraging those steps through music. Unified Mindfulness helps you listen to the music you love in new ways, using skills you can apply to all of your life.
